Our candles are hand-poured upon receiving your order, using a blend of soy wax and organic beeswax from Gibbs Honey in Van Kleek Hill, ON. Expect your order to ship within 2 weeks.

Fine Jewellery: Crafted with precision and passion by our in-house goldsmith, our jewellery pieces are put into production upon
receiving your order, and therefore may take 2-4 weeks to build before they are ready to ship.

14k SOLID YELLOW GOLD

14k yellow gold is a precious metal alloyed from 58.3% pure gold and 41.7% other metals, this formulation enhances the metal's strength making it more durable than 24k, 22k and 18k yellow gold! Loved for its soft subtle hue and longevity, 14k yellow gold is perfect for everyday wear.

RHODIUM PLATED STERLING SILVER

925 sterling silver is a lustrous precious metal alloyed from 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, it is a highly durable and hypoallergenic metal. We add rhodium plating over our sterling silver pieces for additional resilience and shine! Rhodium is a silvery-white noble metal in the platinum family and is valued for its extreme rarity and hardness. 

18K GOLD VERMEIL

Vermeil is a thick layer of gold, electroplated over sterling silver. We use 2.5 microns of 18K yellow gold for a dreamy golden lustre.

DIAMONDS

Composed of pure carbon, diamonds are the hardest naturally occurring substance known! This valued and extremely durable precious stone is also notorious for its extraordinary ability to reflect light, adding an accent of brilliance and sparkle to your pieces.

• Jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off as a general rule.
• Always remove jewellery before sleeping, showering, swimming, and strenuous physical activity.
• Avoid extensive contact with chemicals, liquids, cleaners, lotions, perfumes, cosmetics, moisture, heat, and sunlight, as best practice. 
• Treat your jewellery with TLC to prolong the lifespan. Precious metals can be affected by how they are cared for and their surrounding environment.
  

Pieces may naturally tarnish over time due to their composition, but this
can be easily prevented with proactive care.

Yes, all of our prints are limited editions. All sizes are editions of 50 with the exception of our largest print size (48” x 64”) which are editions of 15.

Yes! Words Of Mouth candles are made from a blend of soy wax and organic beeswax, with 1-3 braided cotton wicks. They are meant to burn and burn unconventionally. Every burn is as unique as each candle.

For the best candle burning experience, please consider the following suggestions:

• To minimize smoking, and for an efficient burn, keep wicks trimmed to ¼" before burning.

• Make sure to burn candles on a fireproof surface that will contain any dripping wax.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

• Keep your candle away from pets and children.

Due to the high-quality organic nature of our candle ingredients, frosting and slight imperfections may occur.
